Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, breakdown, and crowd management protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control

- Submit daily activity reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid government ID
- Previous event/concert or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays (8am-11pm shifts)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Reliable transportation to event venues
