Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at event entrances
- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale equipment
- Coordinate vendor logistics and assist with setup/teardown
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and clients
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassadorship
- Submit accurate post-event reports and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte event venues
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- 18+ years of age (alcohol events require TABC certification)
