Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Greet guests, manage registration, and provide event information
- Assist with crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff for seamless operations
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment and event supplies
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (6 AM - 11 PM shifts)
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to various Columbus venues
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
