Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and implement safety protocols during events
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Set up and break down event infrastructure and signage
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales at pop-up stations
Qualifications
- Available for all Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-11pm)
- Previous event/concert or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with mobile payment systems a plus
