Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues per client specifications
- Greet guests, manage registration, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with food/beverage service during events
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly
- Complete post-event cleanup and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-10PM shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Philadelphia
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule for last-minute bookings
- Basic event setup experience preferred but not required
- Must pass background check
