Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups/breakdowns per venue requirements
- Manage guest registration and VIP access control
- Operate ticket scanning and point-of-sale systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to 500+ attendees per shift
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless execution
- Complete detailed incident reports and post-event documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays AND Sundays (8AM-10PM shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Basic POS system knowledge (training provided)
- Clear criminal background check required
- COVID-19 vaccination (or valid medical exemption)
