Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, stages, and signage
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate vendor operations and ensure compliance with event guidelines

- Assist with inventory management of event materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Report operational issues to event supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Valid Washington state ID or driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of event logistics a plus
