Qualifications
- Flexible availability required (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- NYC venue access and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with crowd management or VIP handling preferred
- Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Valid NY State ID and right to work in US
