Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue access control
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including tents, stages, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite team leads
- Distribute promotional materials and event supplies
- Report maintenance issues or security concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 12 PM shifts)
- Previous event/concert or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow instructions precisely in high-pressure situations
- Must be 18+ years old and pass background check
