Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at weddings, corporate events, and cultural festivals
- Manage venue operations including seating, flow control, and emergency protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for setup, breakdown, and service integration
- Deliver exceptional client communication and conflict resolution
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with venue regulations
- Support promotional activations and brand ambassador initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event coordination experience
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday evenings)
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler certification preferred
- Knowledge of Philadelphia event venues and logistics
