- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend festivals, concerts, and private events
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning with tablet technology
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including furniture and equipment staging
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report operational issues to on-site event coordinators
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays with minimum 8-hour weekend commitment
- Previous hospitality, retail, or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and provide own black dress pants
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
