Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information at weekend events
- Manage venue setup/breakdown including equipment and decor
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Process transactions and manage inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during events
- Report operational issues and maintain cleanliness standards
- Complete post-event documentation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with zero professional experience
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for transaction systems
