Responsibilities
- Guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Manage vendor booth assignments and operational support
- Assist with crowd control and attendee guidance
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Collaborate with security teams for emergency protocols
- Set up and break down event infrastructure
- Collect attendee feedback and report operational issues
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to various Austin venues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
