Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events (festivals, markets, pop-ups)
- Manage 8-person crew schedules, training, and performance reviews
- Handle vendor relations, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Develop real-time problem-solving solutions for on-site challenges
- Track inventory, budgets, and ROI for each event
- Create post-event reports with improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with city officials and local business partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years event management or hospitality experience
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun) with full-time commitment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Experience with budget management and inventory systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Local Philadelphia area residency preferred
