Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and vendors
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with VIP guest management and special access coordination
- Collaborate with security and event production teams
- Set up/break down event infrastructure and signage
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-12pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Tennessee alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
