Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues efficiently according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including ticket scanning, directional assistance, and crowd control
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety protocols and brand standards are maintained
- Collaborate with team leads and vendors to execute seamless event operations
- Assist with inventory management of promotional materials and equipment
- Respond professionally to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Document event activities and submit shift reports with accurate observations
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally and work in fast-paced settings
- Must pass basic background check and attend mandatory orientation
