Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and venue operations
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional VIP and general guest experiences
- Operate point-of-sale systems for beverage/merchandise sales
- Collaborate with team leads during high-traffic periods
- Report operational insights and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (8am-2pm or 4pm-11pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be 18+ with valid US work authorization
- Miami driver's license a plus for venue transportation
