Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at assigned venues
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and vendors
- Coordinate with venue staff on operational logistics and safety protocols
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Monitor crowd flow and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Document event activities and submit post-event reports
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible to work in various weather conditions (outdoor events)
- Basic knowledge of event management software (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
