Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket verification at event entrances
- Assist with venue setup, including seating arrangements and signage placement
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional guidance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with vendors and support teams for seamless operations
- Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns to supervisors
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (flexible shifts 6am-12pm)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Phoenix Metro
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Must pass mandatory background check
