Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry and ticket verification at event venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance
- Coordinate with security and event management teams
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, fencing, signage)
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing experience preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for venue transportation)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
