Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage entry points, ticket scanning, and crowd control with professionalism
- Assist with setup/teardown and venue cleanliness standards
- Respond to guest inquiries with solutions-oriented communication
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and/or Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event venues across Austin
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Quick learner with ability to follow detailed instructions
- Must pass basic background check (no felonies)
- 18+ years of age (21+ for alcohol-licensed events)
