Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues with precision and efficiency
- Manage guest registration and provide exceptional customer service
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with attendees
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue requirements
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
- Document event activities and submit post-event reports
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 11 PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work at multiple Oklahoma City locations
- Basic knowledge of event logistics is a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
