Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain activity stations
- Assist with vendor setup and booth coordination
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Respond to attendee inquiries with exceptional service
- Support post-event breakdown and cleanup operations
- Document daily operations via mobile reporting tools
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (6am-11pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass basic background screening
- Reliable transportation to downtown OKC venues
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting
