Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and registration processes
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Maintain event space cleanliness and supply stations
- Provide exceptional customer service to 500+ attendees
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Collect and report attendee feedback via digital tools
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Prior event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- Professional appearance and brand ambassador mindset
- COVID-19 vaccination required (proof provided)
