- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events in Philadelphia
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless operations
- Oversee attendee experience and troubleshoot in real-time
- Collaborate with marketing team for social media coverage
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Track inventory and coordinate logistics with partners
- Prepare post-event analytics and improvement reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years in event management or hospitality
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in high-energy environments
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
