Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand activations
- Ensure venue safety standards and emergency protocol compliance
- Collect and manage event supplies/inventory
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees and vendors
- Submit daily timesheets and incident reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication tools
