Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues including tents, tables, and decor
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and attendee assistance
- Execute event protocols including crowd control and safety measures
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
- Handle basic equipment operation (AV, lighting, sound)
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
