Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with attendee navigation
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols per venue guidelines
- Operate basic event equipment (ticket scanners, barricades, signage)
- Collect and reconcile cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and staff
- Complete end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible shift hours (6am-12am)
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic cash handling and customer service skills preferred
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
