Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at high-profile events and venues
- Manage guest check-ins and ensure smooth venue operations
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries
- Complete accurate shift documentation and handover reports
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid government-issued ID and SSN for onboarding
- Must pass background check (no felonies)
