- Manage guest registration, check-in, and credential verification
- Set up/break down event spaces, equipment, and promotional materials
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety standards compliance
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event logistics
- Document attendance and report operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
