Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including furniture and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Monitor venue security and crowd control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and event team members
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV equipment
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8AM-8PM shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- Valid Massachusetts ID (required for venue access)
