Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event information packets
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket sales
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event stages and booths
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling transactions
- Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Reliable transportation to downtown Long Beach venues
