Responsibilities
- Manage guest entry and ticket verification with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during events
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (stages, barriers, signage)
- Handle cashless payment processing and merchandise sales
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous event/concert staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
