Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and VIP experiences at premium venues
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Coordinate with security and venue teams for crowd control
- Maintain pristine event spaces and amenities throughout shifts
- Process cashless payments and reconcile transactions
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-2PM or 5PM-1PM shifts)
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler/ServSafe certification
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston venues
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- 18+ years of age with legal work authorization
