Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns for corporate functions, weddings, and festivals
- Provide exceptional guest services through professional interactions and problem resolution
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory during event operations
- Uphold brand standards through polished appearance and conduct
- Adapt to dynamic environments while maintaining composure under pressure
- Complete accurate post-event documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 12 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license (for some roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout San Diego
