Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and ticket scanning
- Manage venue setup/breakdown for events
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-traffic periods
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Coordinate with event staff for smooth operations
- Handle cashless payment transactions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for venue transport)
- Reliable smartphone for shift updates
