Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads during event execution
- Report attendance and operational metrics post-event
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Oregon driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt quickly
