Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket verification processes
- Provide exceptional customer service during events
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown activities
- Monitor event spaces for safety and cleanliness
- Coordinate with vendors and event staff
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Kansas driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible to work varying weekend schedules
