As a Weekend Event Host, you will be the face of our brand during our busiest times. You will play a crucial role in executing flawless events, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend events, ensuring all operational standards are met.
- Manage guest inquiries, provide information about local attractions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces and common areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and escalate any concerns to management immediately.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Physical stamina required to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
