Responsibilities
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown for weekend festivals and private gatherings
- Manage guest registration and VIP experiences with polished professionalism
- Execute retail merchandising activations in high-traffic weekend markets
- Train and supervise temporary weekend staff teams
- Resolve client concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Submit accurate daily activity reports via mobile app
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- 2+ years in customer service or event coordination
- Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for 6+ hours
- Proficiency with scheduling apps (Calendly, TSheets)
- COVID-19 vaccination required for client-facing roles
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
