Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute weekend events including festivals, corporate functions, and private parties
- Manage vendor relationships and onsite logistics for seamless operations
- Lead team of 5-8 staff members during event execution
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through proactive problem-solving
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Conduct post-event debriefs and inventory management
- Collaborate with clients to exceed event KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor under high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Tampa Bay venues and geography
- Flexible to work across multiple locations (Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
