Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site operations for weekend festivals and private events
- Manage vendor setups and attendee flow during peak hours
- Execute safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train and supervise temporary event staff teams
- Process payments and maintain financial transaction records
- Collaborate with venue managers and clients for seamless execution
- Conduct post-event debriefs and performance analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination or hospitality experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 8am-8pm
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, etc.)
- Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Albuquerque residency required for local knowledge
