Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekend cultural tours and local experiences across Chicago neighborhoods
- Coordinate vendor relationships and logistics for 10-20 person events
- Lead immersive storytelling sessions highlighting Chicago's history and hidden gems
- Manage real-time customer experience adjustments based on feedback
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency response procedures for outdoor activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote weekend experiences
- Track participant satisfaction and experience metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and local attractions
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience management software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for event setup/breakdown
