Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend event logistics at premier Minneapolis venues (Nicollet Mall, North Loop)
- Manage guest experiences and ensure seamless event execution
- Train and supervise part-time event staff during weekend shifts
- Handle vendor relationships and inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Create detailed post-event reports and improvement plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
