- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID and social security card
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our North Philadelphia facility
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
