Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for customers during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets within established service level agreements.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure service uptime and reliability.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer hardware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
