Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain pristine venue standards during high-traffic weekend periods
- Participate in weekend team briefings and service training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's preferred (training provided if needed)
