Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure readiness.
- Collaborate with the front-line team to ensure seamless weekend operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
