Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and update inventory tracking systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to resolve operational issues and bottlenecks.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely as required.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments and documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
