Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Manage high-volume guest inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
- Coordinate weekend staff scheduling and shift handovers
- Maintain inventory and operational readiness for weekend operations
- Execute weekend promotional events and guest engagement activities
- Document customer feedback and implement improvement solutions
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for occasional off-site duties)
- Flexible availability during major Austin events (e.g., SXSW, ACL)
